McAdam Park Renovation Project - Construction Management & Inspection Services

The City of Palmdale is soliciting qualified consultants to provide full‑service construction management and inspection (CM&I) for the McAdam Park renovation (PN 839). The contractor will oversee all phases of the park upgrade, from demolition and earthwork through construction of new buildings, utilities, lighting, landscaping, and parking, while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, safety, prevailing‑wage, and environmental regulations. The scope includes daily reporting, submittal review, payment certification, public outreach, and final acceptance documentation for a 220‑day CM&I period followed by a close‑out phase. • Manage and inspect all construction packages: accessory building, concrete, landscape, playground, utilities, fencing, lighting, and parking improvements. • Provide daily/weekly reports, submittal tracking, payment and change‑order review, and coordinate with City Project Manager, utilities, and stakeholders. • Deliver final as‑built drawings, punch‑list, and certify substantial completion; maintain warranty and compliance with SB 1383, prevailing‑wage, and safety standards.
