Description
The City of Port Wentworth is seeking a qualified design‑build team to completely remodel Mobley Park. The contract requires the team to provide all architectural, engineering, permitting, construction, and close‑out services for park accessibility upgrades, three baseball field renovations, new irrigation, sidewalk replacement, building refurbishments (restrooms, concession, announcer facilities), roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with a mandatory pre‑proposal conference on October 14, 2026. Bids are due November 13, 2026, and award is expected by November 24, 2026. The City requires a Georgia‑licensed general contractor, architect, and professional engineer on the team, along with demonstrated experience on similar municipal park projects.
