The State of Maine is seeking a qualified work‑center to provide comprehensive custodial cleaning services for the Maine Veterans Cemetery administrative building in Augusta. The contract includes a base year of service (September 1 2026 – August 31 2027) with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions, for a total potential term of five years. The contractor must perform routine weekly cleaning, seasonal deep‑cleaning in May and November, and any additional as‑needed tasks, using EPA‑approved disinfectants and commercial‑grade equipment. All work must be performed by personnel who pass state background checks, and the contractor must maintain insurance, provide safety data sheets, and adhere to strict performance standards.
