The City of Columbus Public Service Department is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete “Blue Traffic Pole and Support” assembly for the Lyra Drive at the Pointe project. The scope includes one fully fabricated traffic signal pole (design C15) with mast arm, base, clamps, bolt covers, handholes, and wire entrances, all hot‑dip galvanized and powder‑coated to match the federal blue color (standard #15048). The pole must meet SCD 4120 specifications, include mechanical dampening devices per City Standard Drawing 4122, and conform to ASTM A123 galvanizing and SSPC coating standards. All coating layers must be cured, with a minimum five‑year warranty against delamination, blistering, or corrosion.
