Model WW3 Haskris Non-Refrigerated Water Re-circulating System

The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory is seeking to purchase a Model WW3 Haskris Non-Refrigerated Water Re-circulating System. The system must be brand name or equal, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. The system must be new, and no remanufactured or "gray market" items are acceptable. The vendor must provide documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. The following are key points about the job: • The system must meet the specifications provided in the RFQ. • The vendor must provide a quote that includes the price and any applicable terms and conditions. • The Government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. • The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
