California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a qualified small‑business or DVBE General Building Contractor to fully remodel and repair a series of restroom facilities—including showers—located at its District 12 maintenance site in Orange County. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, permits, travel and disposal costs, and must comply with strict ADA, prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and small‑business certification requirements.
