Description
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking a contractor to provide multiple educational services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and psychology/social work services, to Wingate High School in Fort Wingate, New Mexico. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be evaluated based on their capabilities, key personnel, and price.
• The contractor must provide experience of work similar in size and scope to this requirement.
• The contractor must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the requirement.
• The contractor must provide viable and available key personnel with relevant experience and qualifications.
• The contractor must provide a signed letter of commitment from key personnel.
• The contractor must provide a completed pricing schedule with per unit pricing and a total quoted price.
• The contractor must acknowledge all amendments and be properly registered in SAM.gov.
