The United States Air Force is seeking information on Dismounted, Man-portable, Handheld, Counter-Unmanned System (MPHC) technology to detect, track, identify, and defeat hostile drones. The desired system should be able to integrate with existing small arms tactics and provide a comprehensive "detect, track, identify, and defeat" capability against a wide range of Unmanned Systems (UmS) threats. Some of the key requirements include a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of at least 7, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions, and the ability to detect and defeat moving and stationary UmS targets in various environments. The Air Force is looking for mature, field-ready solutions that can be deployed in various operational environments.
• The system should be able to detect, track, identify, and defeat UmS threats in various environments, including low-light conditions and against targets designed to minimize detection.
• The system should have a TRL level of at least 7 and be a COTS solution.
• The system should be able to integrate with existing small arms tactics and provide a comprehensive "detect, track, identify, and defeat" capability against a wide range of UmS threats.
• The system should be able to operate in all weather conditions, day and night.
