Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is seeking quotes for the provision of Live X Powder Projectiles and Inerts, specifically PepperBall products. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as price and technical capability. The contractor shall provide the following items: 77 units of PepperBall 375ct LIVE-X RND PepperBall LIVE-X PAVA (OC) Powder Projectiles, 75 units of PepperBall 375ct INERT RND PepperBall INERT Powder Projectiles, and freight charges to Quantico, VA.
• The contractor must provide the items outlined in the solicitation.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications equipment and services.
• The contractor must provide a written notice of acceptance of the contract terms and conditions.
