St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and Lodge Rehabilitation Project

The project involves the rehabilitation and preservation of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and the Lodge, located at 226 W. Main Street, Vernal, Utah 84078. The project is funded through a Certified Local Government (CLG) grant and consists of rehabilitation and preservation work, including masonry repair and window restoration. The scope of work focuses on addressing existing structural and material deficiencies that threaten the long-term preservation of the buildings. • The project has two primary objectives: to preserve and protect the historic character and structural integrity of both buildings, and to support continued community, educational, and volunteer use of the facilities. • Anticipated work includes repointing deteriorated or damaged mortar joints, repairing existing wood-framed windows, and replacing individual bricks with units that match the existing brick in size, color, texture, and appearance. • Vendors responding to this RFI are encouraged to review the full scope of work outlined in the document and provide information that may assist the County in refining project requirements, estimating costs, and determining the most appropriate procurement method for future phases of the project.
