Third Street and Anderson Avenue HAWK Signal

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified contractor to install a High‑Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) signal at the Third Street/Anderson Avenue intersection. The work includes removal of existing signal infrastructure, installation of new signal heads, controller cabinet, detectors, pole and mast arms, as well as associated signing, pavement striping, civil earthworks, utility coordination, and testing/commissioning. The contract is a lump‑sum bid valued at approximately $324 k, with the winning bidder responsible for providing the required bid, performance, and payment bonds, and maintaining all mandated insurance and licensing. The project schedule requires completion within 45 working days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
