Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to perform exterior repairs on a single residential property under its Neighborhood Repair & Rehab Program. The work includes removal and replacement of second‑floor siding, repair and painting of existing siding, painting of fascia and soffits, and complete rehabilitation of a deteriorated front porch (posts, guards, handrails, ceiling, and floorboards), with all surfaces to be scraped, stabilized, primed, and painted. Bidders must be Lead‑Certified, possess a UEI, obtain the full Project Manual by April 10, 2026, and complete a documented site walk before submitting a sealed bid by April 23, 2026.
• Scope: siding replacement, exterior painting, fascia/soffit painting, porch repair/replacement.
• Mandatory requirements: Lead certification, UEI, site walk documentation, sealed‑bid delivery.
• Location: 300 West Ash St., Room 206, Salina, KS (City‑County Building).
