The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) is seeking a contractor to perform repairs to the south perimeter fence due to erosion. The project involves repairing the fence and ensuring the security of the DSCR facility. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The project is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
