The City of Cincinnati is soliciting bids for the design‑build demolition, excavation, and reconstruction of the existing retaining wall on Sycamore Street (PID 122597). The contract covers removal of the existing wall and associated structures, site grading, concrete surface preparation, installation of a prefabricated modular retaining wall system, traffic control, signage, and landscaping.
