Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to construct a new retaining wall on Sycamore Street (PID 122597). The scope includes demolition of existing structures, excavation, installation of a prefabricated modular retaining wall system, concrete work, sealing, traffic maintenance, and final site restoration. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsive bidder and requires compliance with ODOT Small Business Enterprise goals, Davis‑Bacon wage rates, and performance/bid bonds equal to 10 % of the bid and 100 % of contract value respectively. Work must begin within five days of notice and be completed within 60 days.
