Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department for Facilities & Support Services is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of the existing ceramic tile roof and related flashings at Berry Hill Mansion. The project also includes the installation of new gutters and downspouts, as well as the cleaning and sealing of chimneys and stone parapet caps.
• The project requires the removal and replacement of the existing ceramic tile roof and related flashings.
• New gutters and downspouts will be installed throughout.
• Several gables will get new ceramic tile siding to match the roof.
• Chimneys and stone parapet caps over the affected roof areas will be cleaned and sealed.
• A site visit is scheduled for April 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
• Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
