Woodbury Ground Storage Tank & Booster Station Rehabilitation

The City of Woodbury is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate its ground storage tank and associated booster station. The scope includes removal and replacement of tank appurtenances, interior and exterior surface repairs and recoating, electrical upgrades, pump and motor replacements, and complete site restoration. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference and submit bids electronically via QuestCDN vBid. • Removal/replacement of tank vents, manways, lighting, and cathodic protection components. • Interior steel repair, blasting, grout work, and recoating of the reservoir. • Exterior blasting and recoating, plus site restoration. • Replacement of three pumps, motors, and associated electrical control equipment. • Required experience: minimum three elevated tanks ≥1 M gal (MN/WI) and two municipal water treatment/pump facilities ≥5 MGD.
