Description
The Central Lake Public Schools is seeking bids for the replacement of the fire alarm system at the Middle School/High School. The project includes the installation of a new fire alarm system, and bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to award of contract. The bid documents, drawings, and specifications are available for electronic download through Moore Trosper Construction Company's Procore site.
• The bid bond will be required (5% of total bid).
• Ability to provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond for 100% of the amount of each bid.
• Pay applications per AIA documents.
• Pre-qualification including a review of financials, safety records and lawsuits, etc.
• Prevailing wages and certified payroll are required.
