PROCUREMENT, ENGINEERING AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND FLIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division is seeking procurement, engineering, and logistics support services for the Electrical System and Flight Control System of the MQ-4C Triton. The requirements include procurement of Weapons Replacement Assemblies (WRAs), repair lay-in material, repairs as needed, purchase of test requirements documents, and engineering support services. The government intends to solicit and establish a sole-source, basic ordering agreement with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. • The effort will be conducted on a sole-source basis due to Northrop Grumman being the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the Electrical System and Flight Control System WRAs. • The government does not own the data rights or technical data package, making it necessary to restrict competition to the OEM. • The government is seeking capability statements from all responsible sources, which will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. • The announcement is not a commitment to issue a formal solicitation or award a contract, and any costs incurred by interested companies will not be reimbursed.
