OSC Siding repair

The Town of Marshfield is seeking bids for the repair of wood siding at the Old Schoolhouse Common building. The project includes the removal of rotted siding, insulation, and framing/sheathing, and the reconstruction and improvement of flashing as needed. The project will be awarded based on cost and positive recommendations.
