Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting one (1) firm‑fixed‑price construction contract to replace the existing “DUA Vault” toilet at the Sandy Point area of Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, Texas. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to deliver a new vault toilet, including site preparation, delivery, set‑up, and final cleanup. Work must commence within 10 calendar days of a notice to proceed and be completed (including cleanup) within 180 days. The award will be made on a Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis under simplified acquisition procedures. The contract includes numerous environmental, historic preservation, and hazardous‑material clauses, as well as requirements for electronic invoicing via the Treasury’s IPP system.
