Description
The Gordon County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the bridge repair on Slate Mine Road at Pine Log Creek. The project includes repairing concrete, bridge painting, adding rip-rap, cleaning and resealing deck joints, and realigning bearings/repairing anchor bolts. The successful bidder must commence work within 30 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed and complete all work within 180 calendar days.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
• Bidders must submit 4 printed copies and 1 USB drive of their bid.
• The bid package must include a completed bid form, a statement of the bidder's qualifications, and other required documents.
• The project is expected to start on or around the date of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 180 days.
