The Daviess County Fiscal Court seeks a contractor to renovate the Probate/Small Claims office at the Morton J. Holbrook Judicial Center, installing new casework, finishes, and a comprehensive security system. The work includes demolition, new millwork, security hardware (card readers, electric strikes, access‑control devices), electrical and low‑voltage data wiring, HVAC duct modifications, and seismic‑braced finishes.
