Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a contractor to provide fence-gate installation services at the Selmer location. The project includes the installation of decorative fence, black chainlink fence, access gates, and mower/egress gates. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the project. The contract will be for a period of one year.
• The project requires the installation of 436 LF of decorative fence and 490 LF of black chainlink fence.
• The contractor must provide 1 ea. 24' access gate with operator and 2 ea. 10' mower/egress gates.
• The project includes the installation of a 24' powered main gate, a 10' swing gate for mower and egress, and other gates and fences as specified in the project details.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory site visit.
