Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources for geotechnical drilling and associated warehouse services to support upcoming infrastructure projects. This is a Sources Sought Notice that includes a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for prospective contractors to review and respond with capability statements. The response deadline is 2:00 p.m. CDT on 10 September 2026.
• Perform geotechnical drilling, sampling, and testing for soil and rock investigations.
• Provide on‑site warehousing, material handling, and storage of drilling equipment and samples.
• Supply qualified personnel, equipment, and safety procedures in compliance with Corps standards.
• Submit a detailed capability statement and past performance references per the draft PWS.
• Ability to mobilize quickly to the project site in the 36702 ZIP area (Alabama).
