The Bangor Township Schools are seeking bids for the John Glenn High School Renovations and Site Work project. The project involves various trades, including concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall, insulation, acoustical, flooring, painting, casework, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical, and site work. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, and the Owner will award contracts on or about January 26, 2026. • Bid divisions include: 030100 – Concrete, 040000 – Masonry, 050000 – Metals, 060000 – General Trades, 075000 - Roofing, 084000 – Glass & Glazing, 091000 - Drywall, Insulation and Acoustical, 096500 – Flooring, 099000 – Painting, 123000 – Casework, 222300 – Plumbing & HVAC Systems, 260000 – Electrical, 310000 – Site Work, 321200 – Asphalt Paving. • A pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be held on January 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM. • Bids must be received prior to 3:00 PM on January 15, 2026. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and accept a bid other than the low bid.
