Description
The U.S. Army Joint Base Myer‑Henderson Hall (JBM‑HH) Police Department seeks a contractor to supply, install, maintain, and provide on‑call support for eight (8) outdoor infrared heaters and eight (8) misting fans at seven gate locations. Equipment must be weather‑rated, diesel‑fuel heaters (≥150,000 BTU) and 24‑inch oscillating misting fans with a 4‑day water‑tank capacity. The contractor is responsible for seasonal deployment, weekly fan cleaning rotations, quarterly electrical‑cord inspections, and a strict four‑hour response time for repairs or replacements. All work must comply with Army, DoD, and installation safety standards, and the contractor must complete required security, iWatch, OPSEC, and E‑Verify training for personnel. The base‑year period runs from 1 Sep 2027 to 30 Jun 2028 with up to four one‑year options and a possible six‑month extension.
