The Alabama State Military Department (Region 4) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC preventive‑maintenance, minor‑repair, and parts‑replacement services for a portfolio of military facilities throughout southern Alabama. The contract will be a 12‑month Master Agreement with the option to extend up to five additional one‑year terms, requiring the vendor to meet strict response‑time standards for emergency, priority, and standard repairs, and to perform quarterly inspections, filter changes, and semi‑annual duct inspections.
