The City of Mobile is seeking a qualified contractor to provide bi‑annual preventive maintenance, testing, inspection, and repair services for 47 emergency‑generator units located across municipal facilities. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with two optional one‑year extensions, and includes required load‑bank testing, ATS verification, belt/hose replacement, fuel‑line work, and ad‑hoc repair response tiers. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by the deadline, meet insurance and E‑Verify requirements, and may receive local‑preference pricing advantages.
• Scope covers full preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacement, belt/hose replacement, load‑bank testing, battery and coolant checks) for each generator twice per year.
