The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) seeks a California‑certified small business to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for all HVAC equipment at the Baseline Fire Center (Jamestown, CA). The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, permits, and transportation, performing both quarterly and annual service cycles, and must submit detailed service reports after each visit. No subcontracting is permitted, and the contractor must hold a C‑20 HVAC contractor license, maintain required insurance and a 100 % payment bond, and comply with prevailing‑wage rules where applicable.
