This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service HVAC maintenance, repair, and emergency response for multiple CAL FIRE fire stations across the Santa Clara Unit and surrounding counties. The contractor must perform annual inspections, routine repairs, emergency repairs within strict response times, supply parts, install new equipment, and comply with all safety, environmental, and reporting requirements. A mandatory pre‑bid walk‑through is required, and the contract will run for a three‑year term.
• Annual HVAC inspections and preventative maintenance at 13 fire station sites.
• Up to 5 hours of routine repair per service and rapid emergency repair response (acknowledge within 1 business day, onsite within 2 business days).
• Supply, install, and warranty new HVAC parts/equipment; manage disposal and recycling per California regulations.
