This solicitation awards a single‑award Master Agreement for routine HVAC preventive‑maintenance, minor‑repair services, and limited parts installation across the Alabama State Military Department’s Region 2B facilities. The contractor must maintain existing equipment, replace filters quarterly, perform quarterly inspections, respond to emergency calls within four hours, and provide detailed service reports.
