This solicitation seeks a “All‑or‑none” award to the lowest responsible bidder to provide routine HVAC preventive‑maintenance, minor‑repair services, and new‑part installations for State Military Department facilities in Region 2A (Alabama). The work excludes major renovations or new system installations over $15,000. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference and the mandatory site‑visit on September 15 2026.
