Cove Base

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to supply stainless‑steel cove base components that are direct replacements for existing equipment. All parts must be manufactured by MALPASS, Inc.; “equal‑to” substitutes are not acceptable. The requirement covers three item families—corner sections (inside and outside) and an 8‑ft straight section—each in a quantity of 150 units, for a total of 450 pieces. Vendors must submit FOB‑destination pricing, include all required certifications (FAR/DFARS provisions), and demonstrate small‑business eligibility (100 % SBSA). Delivery must be on or before 1 Dec 2026, and payment terms are Net 30 days after acceptance.
