Budget estimate

$3,500,000 – $6,500,000

The contract involves deploying hundreds of tons of reef material across 18 sites over a three‑year term. Assuming an average cost of $40,000–$70,000 per 300‑ton load (including vessel charter, crew, fuel, and insurance) and estimating roughly 30 loads per year, the annual spend could range from $1.2 M to $2.1 M. Over the three‑year base period, total contract value is therefore roughly $3.5 M to $6.5 M, with potential increases from optional renewals or price redeterminations.
