ITB - St Marys Road Western Intersection Improvements Project

The City of St. Marys is seeking bids for the St. Marys Road Western Intersection Improvements Project. The scope of work includes constructing improvements along St. Marys Road to provide a new intersection at Still Waters Road and a new roadway east of Haddock Road. The project involves widening, pavement removal, milling and resurfacing, and pavement overbuild, as well as modifications to existing drainage structures, new drainage structures, and other work. The contract time for completion is 180 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires the contractor to provide labor, construction equipment, fuel, materials, and other necessary items for successful completion. • The contractor must conform to project specifications and applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. • Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids.
