USMC Ground Training Systems Support West (GTSS-W) - 8(a) Market Research

The Naval Air Warfare Center-Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking information from qualified 8(a) vendors to determine their availability and technical capability to fulfill the requirements of the Ground Training Systems Support West (GTSS-W) program. The program requires comprehensive training systems support, including systems operations, exercise support, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply support at various Marine Corps sites in California and Arizona. The scope of the GTSS-W requirement includes maintenance of training systems, training equipment, support equipment, and test equipment, as well as grounds maintenance, berm maintenance, and hazardous waste management. The Government is seeking vendors with experience in tracking Operational Availability, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, and resolving equipment failures. • The GTSS-W program requires maintenance of Live Fire Ranges, Ballistic Concrete Ranges, Infantry Immersion Trainers (IIT), and Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) Ranges. • The contractor must maintain 90% Operational Availability (Ao) or greater for all continuous operational support systems. • The contractor must resolve equipment failures within the specified Level of Repair Analysis. • The contractor must complete 100% of scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, corrosion control, and visual system alignments. • The contractor must provide supply support, including operation of warehouse facilities, supply management, and inventory control.
