Description
The California Military Department is soliciting bids to fully renovate two barracks (T7001 and T7003) at Camp Roberts. The contractor must provide complete exterior repairs, a full roof replacement, asbestos testing/abatement, demolition, and installation of new windows, doors, siding, stairs, and related structural improvements. Interior work is limited to remediation of three water‑damaged rooms, including removal of damaged materials, mold remediation, and new drywall and insulation installation. All work must comply with state prevailing‑wage rules, Buy‑American requirements, and strict base‑security protocols. The project is funded by the State of California and requires a 365‑day performance period after award.
