First Floor Renovation - Federal Building - Phase 1

The State University of New York at System Administration will receive sealed bids for project number 361079 titled Renovate Interior 1st Floor-Federal Building-Phase 1 until 2:00 p.m. local time on 12/30/2025 **1/27/2026** at the H. Carl McCall Building in room S138, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work covers approximately 5,560 sq ft along the perimeter, that will be converted into new offices. The project includes select interior removals on the First floor of the Federal Building. Renovating the existing bathrooms, janitor's closet, and corridor. The mechanical fire protection, fire alarm, and electrical systems will be modified to suit the new interior layout. Additionally, installing new finishes such as ceilings, lighting, doors, frames, paint, ceramic tile, and carpeting.
