Description
The Oregon Military Department is seeking a contractor to install a cementitious urethane resin flooring system in the restrooms and shower rooms of two barracks buildings (7023 and 7024) at Camp Rilea. The contractor will be responsible for surface preparation, crack and joint treatment, installation of the flooring system, and integral cove base installation. The project requires a seamless, non-porous, and slip-resistant flooring system. The contractor must also provide ventilation and protection for adjacent areas.
• The project includes approximately 1,056 square feet of resinous flooring and 370 linear feet of integral cove base per building.
• The contractor must provide unit pricing for additional identical barracks buildings, crack or joint repair, integral cove base, and mobilization.
• The project is expected to start within 10 calendar days of the notice to proceed and must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days.
• The contractor must submit a lump sum price for the base offer and additive alternate.
• The contractor must also provide pricing for unit prices, including additional identical barracks buildings, crack or joint repair, integral cove base, and mobilization.
