The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,405‑2,605 ABOA square feet of office and related space in the Foggy Bottom area of Washington, DC. The lease term is a firm 10‑year period with a 5‑year optional extension and a 120‑day termination notice after the initial term. The space must accommodate high wheelchair usage, include at least five power outlets for accessibility equipment, and support high pedestrian traffic. Required amenities include three reserved parking spaces, proximity to public transit (≤2,640 ft), and compliance with security, seismic, flood‑plain, and sustainability standards. The successful offeror will provide a fully serviced, turnkey lease covering rent, operating costs, real‑estate taxes, security upgrades, and tenant‑improvement (TI) allowances. The Government will evaluate proposals primarily on price, with the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer winning.
