Description
The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking qualified firms to provide commissioning services for its school facilities on an as‑needed basis. The work includes fundamental commissioning tasks such as reviewing design documents, developing commissioning plans, conducting functional performance testing, and delivering final reports. Optional enhanced services include detailed submittal reviews, post‑occupancy reviews, measurement‑based commissioning, and building‑envelope commissioning. Projects will be sized from under $30,000 (small) to up to $1 million (large) and will be awarded per project via not‑to‑exceed fees and purchase orders.
• Fundamental commissioning: OPR/BOD review, plan development, equipment verification, functional testing, documentation.
• Optional Enhanced paths: submittal & training review, data‑trend analysis, building‑envelope testing and reporting.
• Project workflow: MNPS issues a scope request → contractor confirms capacity → fee submitted → PO issued → services performed → performance evaluated.
