The Rowan‑Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) is seeking a qualified Commissioning Agent to provide full‑service commissioning for a new $25 million, 45,000 sq ft Automotive Building on its North Campus in Salisbury, NC. The scope covers all phases—from conceptual design through construction administration, system start‑up, performance verification, and a 10‑month post‑acceptance follow‑up. The contractor must be licensed to practice engineering in North Carolina and demonstrate experience with high‑efficiency, WELL and PHIUS‑compliant educational facilities.
