Kitchen Renovations at Fire Station 4

The City of Lakeland Public Works – Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting proposals for services of qualified and experienced State Certified Licensed General Contractor (CGC) or Building Contractor (CBC) registered in the State of Florida, to perform all work outlined in the attached project specifications and construction documents for the Kitchen Renovations Project at Fire Station 4. The project includes kitchen renovations, and the contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, temporary protection, tools, and materials necessary to complete the work. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to safety and health. • The contractor must have experience with projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, with particular emphasis on public-sector construction/renovation projects involving occupied or operational facilities. • The contractor must provide a list of at least three jobs that they have performed within the past three years which are equal in size, scope, magnitude, and complexity to the type of work to be done for the City of Lakeland. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all the information requested in the specification and the City’s Request for Proposal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety requirements and regulations, including OSHA standards.
