Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install a turnkey pre‑manufactured metal storage building at the Mill Creek Barrier Dam site (798 Evans St.). The contractor must handle demolition of existing structures, site preparation, installation of a 4,140 sq ft building (36 × 115 ft), all required permits, inspections, and final commissioning. The bid must be all‑inclusive, covering insurance, performance surety, warranty, training, and engineering documentation, and must be submitted electronically via the VSS portal.
• Turnkey delivery of a 4,140 sq ft pre‑fabricated metal building (steel frame, insulated panels, 5 garage doors, 2 service doors, gutters, downspouts).
