The South Carolina Department of Public Safety is seeking a single vendor to supply new Bates Hi‑Gloss Sentry Oxford duty shoes (men’s and women’s, black) for its Highway Patrol personnel. This is a fixed‑price, five‑year contract (one‑year base with up to four one‑year renewals) with no alternates permitted. Vendors must be registered South Carolina state vendors, submit unit prices for the estimated 2,500 men’s pairs and 300 women’s pairs, and meet detailed size, width, and packaging requirements. The contract will be awarded shortly after the bid opening on September 15, 2026, with deliveries required within 30 days ARO for orders ≤ 100 pairs and 60 days ARO for larger orders.
