Bid 26-29. ADA Consulting Services

The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission is seeking a consultant to provide ADA consulting services. The consultant will be responsible for managing the evaluation of new and existing agents to ensure compliance with the MSLC Reasonable Accessibility Program and applicable laws and regulations. The scope of work includes site assessments, survey analysis, and reporting. The contract is expected to be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. • The consultant must have experience in providing governmental ADA consulting services. • The consultant must have the ability to respond efficiently and reliably to ADA-related questions. • The consultant must have a database system that includes site survey protocols, existing conditions/barriers, barrier removal options, and cost estimates. • The consultant must provide a detailed description of the analysis associated with the accessibility barriers and the removal obligation. • The consultant must provide a report of the evaluation of each respective Lottery retailer location, including recommendations for compliance and cost estimates.
