Water Quality Testing Service

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide water quality testing services for the VA Northern California Health Care System. The services will include legionella testing, critical water testing, utility water testing, HPC testing chillers/cooling towers, dialysis machine testing, bacteria analysis, and re-test requirements. The contractor will be required to perform these services at various locations, including Mather Building 700, Mather Building 726, Martinez Building 20, Mather Cooling Towers/Chillers, Martinez Cooling Towers, Stockton Cooling Towers/Chillers, and Mare Island Cooling Tower/Chillers. The period of performance for the base year is 1/3/2026 – 1/2/2027, with options to extend up to 5 years. • The contractor will be responsible for testing and analyzing water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the testing services. • The contractor will be required to maintain accurate records of all testing and analysis performed. • The contractor will be required to provide reports and certifications to the VA as required. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies.
