Description
The Mississippi Department of Military is seeking bids for the repair of YCA Buildings Phase II & III, CSJFTC, Camp Shelby, MS. The project involves repairing buildings at the Camp Shelby facility. Plans and specifications can be obtained by contacting Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House printing. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on April 7, 2026, at 10AM at the YCA Conference Room. Bidders are encouraged to attend. The bid preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual.
• The bid documents are available in hard copy form for a non-refundable deposit of $450.00 per set of documents.
• The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities.
• Award of contract is subject to availability of funds.
• Bids will be held open for 60 days from bid date.
