Description
The City of Stonecrest is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide civil engineering design services for sidewalks within the city limits. The scope of services includes field survey, engineering design, utility coordination, and obtaining a Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) encroachment permit. The firm will also prepare construction bid documents, bid schedule, engineering cost estimate, and respond to questions from potential bidders. The city will provide construction inspection and construction management services.
• The project involves designing sidewalks on Chupp Way, Fairington Drive, Panola Road, and Klondike Road.
• The firm must have experience working with state, federal, county, and/or municipality governmental entities.
• The firm must provide a detailed description of their project management team and approach to accomplishing the scope of services.
• The firm must provide a price proposal for each sidewalk location.
• The firm must have a professional engineering license and relevant experience in civil engineering design.
